Candle Care

To get the most out of your Pebble & Door candle, a little care goes a long way.

Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to about 1/8–3/16 inch. Keeping the wick short helps the candle burn evenly and prevents excess soot.

On the first burn, allow the candle to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This usually takes 2–3 hours and helps prevent tunnelling.

For best results, burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.

Drafts from windows, vents, or fans can cause uneven burning and smoking. Place your candle in a calm, stable environment for the best burn.

If the wooden wick produces a small amount of char after burning, simply remove the loose pieces and relight.

Always burn candles within sight.
Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.
