Shipping

Pebble & Door offers real-time shipping rates through Canada Post, calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We also offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $150 CAD (before tax).

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders placed with a PO Box address may be cancelled.

Please monitor your tracking information carefully. If a package cannot be delivered due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to collect from a delivery depot, missed delivery attempts, etc.) and is returned to us, we can either:

  1. Reship the package at the cost of shipping, or
  2. Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (this also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping).

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email pebbleanddoorcandleco@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and shipping box
  • photo of the packing slip

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.
